What image formats are supported?
We accept JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC for images. For video, we support MP4, MOV, MKV, and WebM. Output format is configurable per model (JPEG, PNG, or WebP for images; MP4/MOV for video).
What is the maximum file size I can upload?
Uploads use the tus resumable protocol so large files are safe. Image uploads support up to 50MB. Video uploads support up to 2GB. Chunked upload means a lost connection never requires restarting from scratch.
Will free-tier results have a watermark?
Yes. Free tier results include a small UpRes watermark in the corner. Pro and Business plans produce clean, watermark-free outputs. Pay-as-you-go credits also produce clean results.
How long does upscaling take?
Most image jobs complete in 5–30 seconds depending on the model and input size. Video jobs take longer — roughly 1–5x the video duration. Business plan users get priority queue access for faster processing.
Can I use results commercially?
Pro, Business, and PAYG plans include a commercial license. Free tier is for personal and evaluation use only.
Is there an API for bulk processing?
API access is included on the Business plan. It exposes the same job queue — POST your file URL and model, poll for results. API docs will be published at launch.
How are credits calculated for PAYG?
Credits map 1:1 to model cost. Flare is the cheapest at $0.0024/image; Lumen and Mirage cost more because they do more work. You buy a credit bundle and jobs deduct from it. Any unused credits roll over permanently.
What happens to my uploaded files?
Uploads are stored in encrypted S3 storage. Original files are deleted 24 hours after job completion. Result files are available for download for 7 days. We do not use your media to train models.
